National Tony Allcock Trophy match result
Great result for the team when we won the Hertfordshire (South/West) Area Final yesterday on a neutral green at St. Albans Townsend beating Harpenden.
Our winning team will now play the winners of the Hertfordshire (East/North) who have to play their match by today. This will be against either Bishops Stortford BC or Rosedale BC

Two mixed over 60’s rinks played at home this morning against Potten End BC in the Hertfordshire (South/West) Area Quarter Final of the National Tony Allcock Trophy competition and won 34 shots to 19 shots.
In the Area Semi-Final we are now drawn away to Bushey BC with the match having to be played by Sunday 25th July.

Mike Poole beat Stephen Maynard of Harpenden BC 21 – 13, Mike now plays Jerry Rumball Garston BC in the Semi-Final of the National Senior Singles on this coming Monday 12th July at the Club start time 6pm.
There are four National Senior Fours Semi-Finals being played the same evening Monday 12th July on the Club’s Green where some very good bowling may be expected.
